Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a skilled backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will develop reliable APIs, implement backend solutions, and support modern software architectures in an agile environment.

The role focuses on RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases, with emphasis on clean, maintainable code, unit testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java with versions 8, 11, or 17.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices development.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience writing unit tests with JUnit.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration within technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
