Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a remote JAVA Software Engineer to support our federal client. The role requires strong JAVA, JavaScript, and SQL skills, with experience building and maintaining database-driven applications.

You will collaborate with the client’s technical team, implement backend services, and optimize data processing within an Agile environment. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of professional experience, knowledge of modern Java and Angular, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience with JAVA and JAVA Script.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.
Demonstrated understanding of modern Java, Angular, JavaScript, SQL coding practices.

Responsibilities

Create applications using JAVA.
Work with our customer's technical team to identify initial requirements.
Apply general best practices for software development and the Agile team lifecycle.
Use SQL and database tools to design and support the back end of a web application.
Code and organize the application using best practices while helping to share knowledge with the team and grow the team's skills and understanding of a robust application.
