Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Manager (Medicaid/MMIS) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable healthcare solutions in a remote capacity. The role combines hands-on coding with strategic architecture oversight and mentorship of multiple delivery teams.

You will drive HIPAA-compliant, high-availability applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, and REST APIs, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring quality through

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT experience with a technical leadership background.
• Strong Medicaid/MMIS domain experience (MMIS preferred).
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and databases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Medicaid applications (claims, eligibility, enrollment).
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Lead architecture, design, and development using Java full-stack technologies (Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, REST APIs).
• Drive hands‑on development when needed, especially in critical components and solution design.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, CMS).
• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and implementation of best practices.
• Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern/AI technologies.
