CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer – Java to lead design and implementation of scalable microservices powering our applications. You will mentor Java developers and collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery.

The role requires deep Java expertise, cloud experience (Azure/GCP), and strong full-stack capabilities, including React JS, with a focus on healthcare domain and enterprise systems.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications.
• 5+ years full-stack Java experience with microservices and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years cloud experience (Azure or GCP) and familiarity with Apache/Spring open-source packages.
• 2+ years React JS/Node.js with responsive UI capabilities.
• 5+ years SQL and NoSQL database design.
• 3+ years Agile development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop cost-effective applications and programs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design new applications or enhancements and integrate purchased solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems; provide on-call support.
• Lead unit testing and assist with integration testing.
• Support UAT with business partners.
• Assist deployment and asset management.
• Promote asset reuse and act as SME on projects.
