Alignerr is seeking native-level Japanese editors to clean and polish audio transcripts for AI training. You will ensure word-level accuracy, correct timing, and apply strict style guidelines across transcripts.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling for 10–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates have meticulous attention to detail, excellent Japanese reading and writing in kanji, hiragana, and katakana, and the ability to work autonomously on short, high-quality tasks.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese with excellent listening comprehension.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guides.
• Ability to ensure word-level accuracy and timing in transcripts.

Responsabilités

• Listen to Japanese audio and review transcripts for accuracy.
• Correct misheard words, missing segments, kanji timing, and punctuation.
• Verify and adjust word-level timing to match audio precisely.
• Apply detailed style guidelines consistently across assignments.
• Flag unclear or low-quality audio per project protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy across large transcript volumes.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
