Job summary

One World Global Services is seeking experienced interpreters for Japanese-language assignments. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, with either full-time or part-time options and immediate onboarding.

Responsibilities include professional call handling, maintaining healthcare term familiarity, mandatory internal training, and regular reporting to a team leader. Candidates should be bilingual, with at least one year of interpreting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Japanese at a fluent/bilingual/native level.
• 1+ years interpreting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking and memory skills.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary, particularly healthcare/medical terms.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
