Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian with a strong, confident speaking voice.
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field.
• Own a high‑quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment.
• Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances.
• Detail‑oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall speech quality.
• No prior AI or tech experience required.

Responsibilities

• Record high‑quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI‑generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI‑generated audio.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
