Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Professional Voice Actor for Italian (AI Training) to record expressive Italian audio and assess AI-generated speech from a private studio. This fully remote, flexible contract role requires native-level Italian fluency and access to professional recording equipment.

You will evaluate naturalness, pronunciation, and emotional range in synthesized voices and deliver actionable feedback to improve outputs. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in Italian with natural spoken delivery.
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional.
Owns a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet recording space.
Ability to deliver expressive, well-articulated performances consistently.
Strong attention to nuance in tone, phrasing, and pronunciation.

Responsibilities

Record Italian audio following provided scripts with a high-quality setup.
Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and emotion.
Provide structured feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs.
Review scripts and suggest adjustments for clear Italian delivery.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
