Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while maintaining our Microsoft cloud environment and end-user systems. The role is remote and requires strong documentation and customer-focused communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Microsoft-based IT support, experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Windows 10/11, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Tier 1-2 IT support in a Microsoft-based environment.
Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Windows 10/11.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, MFA, BitLocker, and Microsoft licensing.
Experience supporting desktop hardware, printers, mobile devices, and remote users.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain and repair IT systems.
Gather details from staff and systems and document steps taken.
Configure base settings in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Windows, and mobile OS.
Provide Tier 1-2 end-user support and coordinate with contracted third-party providers.
Create and maintain technical documentation for IT and end users.
Onboard/offboard personnel and participate in IT division projects.
