Aspire Living & Learning is seeking an IT Systems and Security Specialist I to support cloud infrastructure, security initiatives, and IT operations. The role emphasizes Azure/M365 administration, security incident response, and IAM management in a remote role with placement within Aspire's service area.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Azure and security knowledge, and the ability to document processes and train staff. Travel to group homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in systems, cloud, endpoint management, or cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking basics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including endpoint protection, MFA, and access control.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Background checks required.

Responsabilités

• Support cloud infrastructure and security operations daily.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.
• Manage user provisioning, AD and Entra ID, and MFA policies.
• Assist with patch management, updates, and configurations.
• Maintain system documentation and support audits.
• Develop phishing awareness and cybersecurity training.

Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity/
