Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking an IT Systems and Security Specialist I to support cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and day-to-day IT operations. This remote role requires residing in VT, CT, MD, NH, or MA and reports to the Director of IT.

Compensation is $72,000 annually plus full benefits. The successful candidate will assist with Azure, 365, security, and access management while providing excellent user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/cybersecurity.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in systems, cloud, endpoint management, or cybersecurity administration.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles including MFA, endpoint protection, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and maintenance of cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and security.
• Manage cloud-based backup, DR, and business continuity processes.
• Lead cloud migrations and implementation projects.
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and access management.
