Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT, engineering, CS, or related field; equivalent exp.
• Five years of job-related experience in IT, engineering, or business.
• Commitment to continuous education in IT and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AutoCAD proficiency to support Autodesk software learning.
• Learn to administer ProjectWise and understand its functionality.
• Handle moderate user issues and escalate complex problems accordingly.
• Analyze and document business processes and information needs.
• Lead and participate in UAT and quality reviews of test results.
• Support project teams with scope presentations, BRs, and change requests.
• Mentor and collaborate with Business System Specialists and Managers.
