Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of AutoCAD and related functionality.
• 5 years of job-related experience in IT/Engineering fields.
• Experience in projects of medium complexity.
• Continuous education in IT and business areas.
• Experience in a change management process.
• Experience in technology or system deployments for utility operations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Detail oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels.
• Understands general business processes of department(s) supported.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in AutoCAD. Learn to administrate Autodesk software (i.e. AUD, Plant 3D).
• Learn to administrate ProjectWise and its functionality.
• Handle moderate user issues and escalate complex problems.
• Analyze and document business processes and information needs.
• Discuss requirements and deliverables with peers.
• Provide timely and professional IT responses and escalate as needed.
• Lead and engage teams to develop business requirements solutions.
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and review test results.
