Sedgwick is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure clarity for development and maintain alignment with enterprise standards across programs.

The role emphasizes expertise in requirements analysis, data interfaces, and collaboration with architecture, QA, and operations, in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications.
• Leads creation and review of detailed technical specifications and tasks for cross-system solutions.
• Translates complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level use cases.
• Ensures alignment of requirements with delivery needs and enterprise standards across programs.
