Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our Health and Human Services OIG IT Service Desk. You will provide technical assistance to VIPs and users, resolve issues via multiple channels, and ensure timely SLAs.

The role is remote with travel as needed to support virtual VIPs in the San Francisco area. The ideal candidate has help desk experience, ServiceNow familiarity, and the ability to obtain the required Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Help desk experience required.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITSM toolset.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must reside in the San Francisco area and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, reliable, and consistent service delivery.
• Resolve computer problems for clients by telephone, in person, or electronically.
• Meet all SLAs including speed to answer and first contact resolution.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide support to end users on applications and web applications.
• Interact with network services and software systems engineering to restore service.
