Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Risk & Controls Auditor for Digital Asset engagements. The role focuses on technology risk and controls supporting current and upcoming digital asset projects, including assurance across financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes.

The position requires hands-on testing of ITGC domains, familiarity with frameworks like COSO/COBIT, and experience with Oracle/SAP environments. Remote, W2, hourly engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting risks and IT controls.
• Experience with COSO/COBIT or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on testing of IT General Controls (change management, access, operations, SDLC).
• Audit/risk management experience in technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk and controls audit and assurance support for digital asset engagements.
• Assess and test controls related to financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
• Evaluate business process and IT management controls against established frameworks.
• Review IT general controls across change management, access, operations, and systems development.
• Document findings and remediation recommendations; support issue closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align control activities with risk objectives.
