The role targets efficient talent delivery while managing contracts and candidate relations, with a focus on female candidates.

You will source via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen and coordinate interviews, and drive timely closures while meeting recruitment targets in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 27 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H hiring.
• Proficient with Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong IT skills knowledge and candidate handling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.
