Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across Operations and Engineering. This role can be fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

You will proactively manage plans, risks and timelines, coordinate with sponsors, IT teams and vendors, and ensure delivery within scope, time and budget. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and experience with tools like MS Project, Jira and Azure DevOps are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT project management delivering multiple projects.
• Experience delivering IT initiatives supporting Operations, Engineering, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage plans, risks, dependencies, communications and governance.
• Analyze project proposals to determine scope, time frame, funding limitations, resource requirements and delivery approach.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, resource plans and communication plans.
• Contribute to, or lead, the development and maintenance of business cases, project approach documents and delivery plans.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external suppliers, delivery partners and business stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
