Job summary

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk management, UAT, BRDs, and ensuring SDLC adherence; requires 10+ years PM, 7+ years BA, PMP preferred; proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and other tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 10+ years managing large IT projects.
• 7+ years of BA experience on enterprise software projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with executives and users.
• Proficient in BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, and process diagrams.
• Strong scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, and change management skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize, and manage all project phases.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate activities among stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings and report project health to management.
• Ensure SDLC compliance and release planning alignment.
• Support UAT, data migration planning, and training material development.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure delivery.
