Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of software development in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will work with developers to understand details, dependencies, documentation, and milestone statuses, raising issues and risks to product owners and senior management to deliver mission-ready technology solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with systems and software development projects
Experience with working in an Agile software development environment
Experience with project management frameworks and best practices and the SDLC, including scope, schedule, and risk identification and management
Experience with security, including authorization, authentication, and status reporting
Experience with developing and reviewing IT programmatic documentation and plans, including capturing and documenting requirements
Experience with governance processes and control gates and customer and stakeholder relations and engagement, including Agile management techniques
Experience with financial, schedule, and performance oversight
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Direct the full life cycle of software development in an Agile environment.
