Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• 1–3 years of end-user support/desktop support with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• 2–3 years of implementation of cloud products like Microsoft 365.
• 1–3 years of enterprise networking equipment experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical project engineer handling client onboarding.
• Build client infrastructures for cloud-based SaaS and office technology.
• Perform cloud and infrastructure assessments.
• Create and execute technical work plans to meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical escalation and mentorship for project engineers.

IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)

End-user support/desktop support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office

Implementation and support of cloud products

Enterprise networking equipment: Palo Alto/Cisco

Systems administration and design knowledge
