Qualifications

• 5 years of IT program/project management without a degree (Required).
• Experience with Epic installations or enhancements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated technical projects within the PMO.
• Develop and implement best practices, templates, and guidelines for program management.
• Monitor dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to project teams on PM methodologies.
• Report consolidated technical project status and finances to leadership.
