Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an accomplished Delivery Manager to coordinate program status and drive cross-team progress across multiple workstreams. You will partner with technical delivery, product teams, and stakeholders to anticipate blockers and ensure timely mitigation and resolution.

You will maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and RAID logs, producing concise executive updates and dashboards for senior leadership. Strong data analysis and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, programs, product delivery initiatives, or related technology delivery efforts.
• 7+ years coordinating multiple teams and workstreams, including management of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• 7+ years developing and maintaining delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards, and program or project status reporting.
• 7+ years delivering executive-level status updates, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for large data sets.
• 7+ years using Jira and/or Jira Align for project, program, or delivery management.
• 7+ years working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• 7+ years managing cross-team dependencies in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and delivery status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with technical delivery teams, product teams, and stakeholders to understand progress and mitigate blockers.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and progress reports for visibility and accountability.
• Create executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Consolidate information from Jira, Jira Align, Excel, and presentations to identify trends and risks.
• Synthesize complex delivery data into actionable insights and decision-ready recommendations.
• Track cross-team dependencies and coordinate timely resolution of risks and issues.
• Support Agile delivery practices across teams using Scrum and Kanban.
• Monitor progress against milestones and delivery plans.
• Facilitate communication among senior leaders, product partners, and technical teams.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers and establish mitigation plans.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting for transparency and accountability.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
