• Strong procurement principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement process: sourcing needs, requirements, market research, vendor selection.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to align procurement strategies.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain vendor relationships; monitor performance.
• Track spend, savings, and supplier performance to identify trends and insights.
• Support development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in management of purchase orders, verification, approval, and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging tech, and vendor landscapes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance for accurate procurement reporting.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and compliance requirements.
