Job summary

Patterson Companies Careers is seeking a Senior Manager, IT PMO to lead enterprise IT program management, establish governance, standards, and reporting across the technology portfolio. You will guide portfolio visibility, dependencies, risks, and drive process improvements and automation.

You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, allocate resources, monitor metrics, and ensure alignment with enterprise policies while expanding AI-enabled practices across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of project management, program management, PMO, or related experience.
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT PMO by developing standards, templates, and governance practices for technology programs.
• Define roadmaps and delivery expectations across multiple teams and business areas.
• Lead portfolio capacity planning, resource forecasting, and prioritization.
• Establish metrics, governance reviews, and performance measures to guide decisions.
• Oversee a portfolio of large, complex technology initiatives and manage dependencies and risks.
• Consolidate portfolio data and present insights for executive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation across the SDLC and guide implementation.
