Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years designing, building, and supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team and foster a service-oriented culture.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, SLAs, incident management and post-incident improvements.
• Design, review, and implement enterprise infrastructure architectures.
• Plan, budget, vendor management, and ensure security/compliance alignment.
• Monitor end-user satisfaction and drive data-driven improvements.
