Job summary

Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking an IT support professional for a fully remote night shift role with the Defense Logistics Agency. The candidate must hold Secret clearance and Security+ certification and live within two hours of a DLA facility (Columbus, OH; Fort Belvoir, VA; Battle Creek, MI; New Cumberland, PA).

The team provides 24x7 scheduling support using BMC Control-M. Responsibilities include monitoring job schedules, performing enterprise scheduling/analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT/system administration experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services for Production, Scheduling and Controls Team, previously managed by a DISA hosting provider.
• Support 24x7 PS&C team with enterprise scheduling and analysis using BMC Control-M.
• Monitor and analyze job schedules; consult with staff to optimize schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with minimal supervision; escalate complex items as needed.
• Develop and maintain IT system recovery plans and documentation.
• Assist with problem management and knowledge base offerings.
