Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years leading network engineering/operations teams.
Experience supporting global, 24x7 enterprise networks.
Strong Cisco routing & switching knowledge (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP).
Experience with SASE technologies including SD-WAN and Zero Trust.
Knowledge of network security technologies (VPNs, firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Network Engineers managing global infrastructure and on-call coverage.
Provide strategic oversight for voice, LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networking.
Set network standards, policies, and operational controls for security and resiliency.
Ensure change-management, DR, and cybersecurity alignment with business.
Drive network modernization including SASE, SD-WAN, and automation initiatives.
Review architectures and ensure alignment with objectives and security needs.
Oversee lifecycle, capacity, and performance of network hardware and services.
Collaborate with IT leadership and vendors to deliver network projects.
Establish metrics and report on availability, performance, and risks.
Lead operational reviews and strategic IT discussions to improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability, and automation.
