Job summary

BRMi is seeking an IT Engineer - Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our corporate network infrastructure. The role focuses on security, reliability, and performance across a dynamic environment, including firewall configurations and VPN access.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years with Palo Alto firewalls, a strong understanding of layer 4-7 policy, and the ability to automate tasks with Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience converting layer 4 to layer 7 rules using userID/appID.
• Experience upgrading/patching Palo Alto infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
• Ensure security, performance and reliability of network services.
• Configure firewalls, routers, and VPNs to enforce security policies.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to detect and respond to incidents.
