Job summary

Harris & Harris seeks an IT Implementation Project Manager to lead client implementations remotely across the United States, with a base in Chicago. Regular hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, plus after-hours and weekend work as needed.

You will drive project plans, coordinate internal and client teams, and manage tasks to ensure on-time delivery. You’ll test interfaces, document processes, and communicate progress through reports and calls while growing expertise in the CUBS collection system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to work within expected guidelines under limited supervision.
• Demonstrated experience with implementations and data transfers.
• Software application knowledge and collaboration with developers.
• Collections experience; CUBS collection app a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow-up abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excel proficiency; 8am–5pm schedule with after-hours flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular project team meetings with internal and client teams.
• Communicate progress via regular reporting and calls.
• Manage project plans to ensure schedule adherence and successful implementations.
• Assign tasks to resources and monitor progress to completion.
• Oversee multiple implementations in different stages.
• Work independently to ensure timely deliverables.
• Understand client needs and issues for new implementations.
• Follow processes to test and audit new implementations.
• Design interfaces and collaborate with developers on solutions.
• Create and execute test plans for new procedures.
• Document client details using standard Project Plan Summary.
