Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes remote support, incident logging, and escalation to higher levels when needed.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in computing and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of Windows, servers, Office 365, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email and remote methods for hardware, software and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues or escalate to 2nd/3rd level as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and update knowledge base.
