Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to support the Northeast EDI team in a remote capacity, with occasional on-site meetings near Raritan, NJ. The role centers on data interfaces, reporting, and workflow optimization across 8,000+ interfaces in a growing market.

Key activities include data analysis, report development, SOP creation, user training, and process improvements. Strong BI/SQL skills and healthcare IT experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/health information management or related field required.
• 2+ years experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, DAX and Power Query.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data reports and system outputs to identify performance trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to resolve interface and workflow challenges.
• Maintain and enhance EDI client configurations as needed.
• Provide QA for internal and external reporting outputs.
• Manage commissioning/decommissioning of data sets.
• Support development of new reports and data analyses.
