Paradigm Technology seeks a Senior MDM Solution Architect with deep Informatica MDM (on-prem and IDMC SaaS) expertise to lead enterprise-wide MDM programs across Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data. You will own data governance, data models, and integration patterns, guiding multi-domain implementations and migrations in BFSI, Healthcare, or Energy sectors.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years IT experience with 8+ years in MDM
• Proven Informatica MDM (v9.x–10.x) and IDMC SaaS experience
• Experience delivering full lifecycle MDM implementations
• Industry experience: BFSI, Healthcare, or Energy
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field

Paradigm Technology is seeking a highly experienced Senior MDM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Informatica MDM (on-prem and SaaS/IDMC), data governance, and cloud data platforms. This role will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-wide Master Data Management solutions, enabling a single source of truth across critical business domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Asset, Reference Data). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across full SDLC lifecycles, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex data transformation and migration programs in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Energy. This is a long-term contract and candidates must live in Austin or Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

• Define and implement enterprise MDM strategy leveraging Informatica MDM (Multidomain, IDMC MDM SaaS).
• Lead the transition from on-premises MDM platforms to cloud-native architectures (IDMC).
• Architect scalable and flexible data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, and governance frameworks.
• Establish data governance standards, policies, and stewardship models across the organization.

MDM Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of multi-domain MDM solutions, including:
• Data modeling and entity design
• Match & merge rules, survivorship logic
• Data Quality rule implementation (IDQ / DQ SaaS)
• Configure and manage:
• Hub Store, Hub Server, Process Server
• ActiveVOS workflows
• Entity360 / Business 360 Console applications
• Build and expose REST APIs (Swagger/WADL) for data consumption.
• Design and develop integrations using:
• Messaging (JMS, Kafka) and API-based integrations
• Develop and orchestrate data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and publishing of master data.
• Implement secure architecture including RBAC/ABAC, SSO, LDAP, HTTPS/SSL.

Data Migration & Modernization

• Lead complex MDM migration initiatives:
• On-prem to MDM SaaS (IDMC)
• Define migration strategies such as:
• Lift-and-shift
• Replatforming / Refactoring
• Perform gap analysis, reconciliation, and data validation to ensure minimal data loss and high-quality outcomes.

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define trusted sources (System of Record).
• Implement and monitor data quality controls, profiling, and stewardship workflows.
• Create dashboards (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI) for data validation and reconciliation.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with:
• Business stakeholders
• Data stewards
• Application teams (e.g., Salesforce)
• Act as a trusted advisor for data strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and mentor development teams.

Production Support & Operations

• Establish and manage production support frameworks aligned with ITIL practices:
• Incident and problem management
• Release management
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLA adherence.

Required Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in MDM solutions.
• Proven experience implementing Informatica MDM (v9.x–10.x and IDMC SaaS).
• Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle MDM implementations.
• Strong experience in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Technical Skills

• MDM Platforms: Informatica MDM Multidomain, MDM SaaS/IDMC, Reltio/Profisee/Semarchy (nice to have)
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, DB2, Aurora
• Programming: SQL, Python, Java
• Integration: REST APIs, JMS, Kafka, ETL pipelines
• Reporting: Tableau, Sigma, Power BI
• Certifications (Preferred)
• AWS Certified Developer (or similar cloud certification)
• Reltio or other MDM certifications
