Job summary

ComplyAuto is seeking a Director of IT Client Services to blend hands-on IT work with client success leadership, focusing on cybersecurity and service excellence. You will serve as the trusted technical contact for major clients, translate business needs into IT solutions, and help strengthen privacy and security postures.

The role is fully remote, with potential to grow into leading a Client IT Services team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience including direct client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technologies.
• Experience implementing MFA across diverse IT environments.
• Experience conducting and remediating vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex security topics clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, ITSM platforms and related standards.
• Ability to travel up to 5% for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical contact for key clients and translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Build strong client relationships while partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities for clients.
• Configure and troubleshoot security scanners and partner solutions.
• Establish scalable processes and operating practices for Client IT Services.
• Build IT Service Management aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Monitor service performance and drive client satisfaction improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide leadership reporting on service performance and milestones.
• Help train and develop the Client IT Services team as the function grows.
