SouthState Bank is offering a 10-week IT Business Office Internship designed to expose undergraduates to technology operations, including IT project governance, finance, analytics, and AI initiatives. You'll work with experienced teams on real projects, develop dashboards, and build business cases while networking with leaders across the organization.

You'll gain hands-on experience in IT portfolio tracking, spend analysis, and leadership-ready presentations, with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field; rising senior graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Query is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and projects.
• Support IT portfolio tracking, governance, status reporting, and dashboards.
• Assist with IT finance activities, including invoice tracking and spend analysis.
• Support Technology Service Provider oversight activities
• Help collect, analyze, and report project and operational metrics.
• Develop presentations, business cases, and leadership-ready materials.
• Research AI solutions and support IT AI intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with IT Business Office team, IT leaders, and project teams to support ongoing processes and new initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
