Qualifications

• Analyze current child welfare business processes and support future-state process design.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to requirements development, solution design, and system reviews.
• Review project documentation, vendor deliverables, and solution concepts for alignment with DFPS program and operational needs.
• Collaborate with DFPS program staff, IT teams, and vendors to support implementation readiness activities.
• Provide input on risks, dependencies, and operational impacts related to system modernization.
• Support cross-functional coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
• Attend conferences, conduct research online, and follow emerging trends to ensure business practices are efficient, effective, and contemporary.
• Evaluate business operations and design and recommend solutions to improve operations through policy development and revision.
