Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology programs. You will manage IT assets, coordinate with government stakeholders, and drive project delivery across lifecycle stages.

The role requires PMI/PMBOK, Agile/Waterfall proficiency, and strong vendor collaboration. Hybrid work options and a focus on asset governance are provided.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on IT Asset Management with hardware, software, inventory.
• Experience applying PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross‑team coordination.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of hardware, software, licenses, and IT assets.
• Coordinate with CORs, Federal Task Leads, and vendors for delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, and artifacts.
• Lead PI Planning, Agile ceremonies, and backlog management.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and contract governance.
