The role emphasizes translating business needs into system requirements, supporting data integrity, and driving system improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a functional IT, systems analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes (operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance preferred).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT for system-related needs.
• Provide day-to-day support for core business applications (ERP, CRM, or manufacturing systems).
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements or efficiencies.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and user access.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams or vendors when needed.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Train end users on system functionality and best practices.
• Support data integrity by monitoring, auditing, and correcting system data as needed.
