Job summary

Texplorers INC seeks an IT Analyst II to design, build, and optimize enterprise software, scalable data pipelines, and cloud backend architectures. You will engineer backend APIs, automate ETL workflows, and deliver data-driven applications across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.

The role requires 2+ years in software development and data engineering, with experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, and cloud platforms. Occasional telecommuting is possible; standard hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of software development and data engineering experience.
• Experience with software design, ETL pipelines, and data integration.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized software solutions for enterprise data and web apps.
• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance ETL pipelines and data processing software.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices, and data integration services.
• Create data validation scripts and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop source-to-target mapping and modular data transformation code.
• Assist with CI/CD tasks for cloud deployment across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
• Implement application performance monitoring with Azure Monitor and custom dashboards.
• Support automated testing and validation for pipelines and APIs.
• Create automated reporting dashboards and data quality metrics.
