Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure systems and applications are functioning properly
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new systems and processes
• Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations
• Maintain data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
