Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant IP/tech law experience.
• Strong foundation in IP law, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology topics and advise on risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage patent and trademark portfolios, including prosecution and maintenance.
• Oversee open source compliance and licensing obligations.
• Handle IP disputes, cease-and-desist, and enforcement efforts.
• Negotiate IP provisions in technology agreements and perform IP due diligence.
• Advise on AI-related IP ownership and product claims.
• Support marketing on IP issues and coordinate with privacy and security teams.
• Draft policies and provide training on IP, open source, and technology use.
