Job summary

Lumenci is hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to deliver product demos and onboard new customers for iLumos, our AI-powered patent intelligence platform. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will run live demos and discovery, handle objections, and help Sales close deals with law firms, corporate IP teams, and patent investors.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a professional with 3–5 years of experience who has delivered more than 100 product demos and brings energy,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing software role with 100+ demos delivered.
• Experience at a patent, IP technology, or legal tech company.
• Proven ability to run discovery, handle objections, and move prospects forward.
• Experience onboarding new customers onto a software product.
• Strong presence and communication in live conversations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, tailored iLumos demos to prospective customers.
• Run discovery to understand workflows, priorities, and criteria.
• Show how iLumos solves real patent and IP challenges for customers.
• Adapt demos to audiences from attorneys to investors.
• Answer questions and handle objections during live conversations.
• Partner with Sales to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Support pilots by demoing and onboarding pilot users.
• Lead onboarding for new customers and hand off to the account team.
• Build and refine demo scripts, talk tracks, and guides.
