Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks an IP Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role. You will manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation from discovery through trial, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and conducting depositions.

Applicants must have a JD and an active bar admission (NY preferred) with 3–7+ years of IP litigation, especially patent or complex commercial IP, plus strong technical aptitude and advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 3–7+ years of IP litigation experience, patent or complex commercial IP preferred.
• Experience managing patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP litigation from discovery through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for Markman hearings.
