KARRA Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney for a fully remote, contract-based engagement focused on trademark prosecution, copyright protection, and IP portfolio management for technology clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD, be in good standing, and have 5+ years in IP law with USPTO experience preferred. BigLaw training is a plus, with flexibility and client-facing ownership.

Qualifications

5+ years of intellectual property law experience.
Active attorney license in good standing.
USPTO registration preferred.
BigLaw training/experience strongly preferred.
Experience with trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
Background in digital brand protection and enforcement.

Responsibilities

Manage trademark clearance, filing, and prosecution process.
Handle USPTO office actions and TTAB proceedings.
Develop comprehensive brand protection strategies.
Manage copyright registrations for software and digital content.
Implement trade secret protection protocols.
Monitor and enforce IP rights across digital platforms.
Direct international trademark strategy.
Oversee domain name and social media protection.
Develop IP portfolio management strategies.
