Job summary

Markovate is seeking a talented iOS developer to design, build, and maintain high-end iOS applications for the latest Apple devices. You will collaborate with the design team, fix bottlenecks, and publish apps on the App Store.

This remote role offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients in the US and Canada, focusing on mobile apps, AI, and cloud-enabled projects. A bachelor’s degree and Swift proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an iOS Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Swift.
• iOS Frameworks: UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, Core Graphics.
• Xcode: Experience with Xcode and debugging tools.
• Interface Design: Knowledge of Auto Layout, Storyboards, and Interface Builder.
• API Integration: RESTful APIs and how to handle JSON/XML data formats.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
