Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator II to coordinate and support key invoicing functions, including handling invoicing requests through MyRyder (ServiceNow).

The role supports Invoicing Associates and partners with internal departments to ensure accurate, timely invoicing with strong attention to detail and communication. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED and be able to work in a remote-friendly environment, with a schedule aligned to month-end close.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills to support invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Research and release invoicing exceptions.
• Communicate with field operations via email or phone.
• Research invoice delivery discrepancies to ensure timely invoicing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
