Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly accounting reports for assigned investors and ensure timely, compliant reporting. The role involves coordinating with mortgage servicing teams and handling routine accounts under investor contracts.

The target pay range is $31.00-$36.00 per hour. The position offers remote-from-home work with opportunities to support servicing agreements, including remittance reporting and fund transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience, including investor accounting and reporting.
• GNMA experience and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization on a monthly basis.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports (Trustee reports).
• Remits funds to investors via wire transfers.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliation for discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial account.
• Validates data with other departments and resolves discrepancies.
