Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level reports and related documents.
• Balances cash received against cash remitted and tracks advance activity.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitizations monthly.
• Reviews payment history and system postings for accuracy.
• Maintains reporting system for changes in balances and reinstated loans.
• Analyzes remittance differences to keep cash reconciled.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
