You will work on valuation, deal execution, and diligence within Investment Banking & M&A, and on underwriting and LBO modeling in Private Equity & Private Credit. The role demands a commitment of 10+ hours per week at $100/hour, with access to Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive, recent, hands-on finance experience at a recognized institution.
• Excel/financial modeling proficiency and tools like Bloomberg/Capital IQ/FactSet.
• 10+ hours/week commitment.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic, complex scenarios to train AI agents in finance.
• Build supporting materials such as models, memos, filings, and data.
• Author and evaluate finance tasks for AI model training.
• Emphasize valuation, deal execution, and diligence in Investment Banking & M&A.
• Focus on underwriting and LBO modeling in Private Equity & Private Credit.
• Develop three-statement modeling and forecasting in Corporate Finance & FP&A.
