You’ll guide AI systems in understanding complex finance transactions related to M&A, IPOs, and valuations, influencing the future of capital markets analysis. This is a highly flexible position paying $100/hr, requiring no prior AI experience, with tasks involving reviewing AI analyses and collaborating with global experts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring or capital raising).
• Proven track record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics.
• Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists.
